Rules and Guidelines of Our Service for Publishers
Payments note: Publishers generally get paid for placing their links on a monthly basis only for the approved links and it’s verification.
The Verification process is random and happens frequently throughout the 1 month period. All verification is done manually and if there are problems, the publisher will be notified with failure to comply.
If your payment is late we are still transferring money through paypal, you will get paid but please be patient.
Publisher Application Rules:
1. You must have a website setup with written content in order to use our service. Unfortunately we do not provide any hosting. You can search for a variety of free blog hosts online and most are approved by us.
2. A Pressmyads.com administrator may approve or decline your account and/or website post for any reason. It is the sole discretion of the administrator.
3. All approved link agreements must be placed on the publisher’s site as per instructions without any references to “noindex” or “nofollow” as this diminishes the value of the purchase for the advertiser.
4. A Pressmyads.com administrator may terminate your account at any time. It is the sole discretion of PressMyAds to do so.
5. Blogs and sites that are not indexed, have little or no content, are banned from search engines or contain hate related and crude content may be rejected or put on Probation until corrected. Your blog must be older than 30 days and have at least 10 posts to apply.
6. We are aware that bloggers can buy a high page rank domain and start a new blog. It is against our rules to use a new blog with a high page rank, the page rank must be obtained naturally. If your blog or site is caught, please be aware that you will be instantly banned and any pending earnings will be lost.
Paid linking Rules:
1 All website links MUST BE PERMANENT for the period allocated. Publishers who remove links after their work order will be warned and will be asked to restore the link and at that point, the timing will be reset to day one (1) of the agreement.
2 Your link must be within a repetitive structure that resonates throughout the site. For example in Blogs it must be in the BlogRoll, for RSS Feed links, it must be a side or bottom widget as per instructions on work order. For other sites, include it in the footer.
3 Once a work order has been accepted by the publisher, you have up to 24hrs to submit the link in your site, then the clock will start on your work order and end on day 30. Then your work order is complete and payment will be processed.
4 You will as a publisher maintain your site in the category that you first submitted to. If the nature of your website changes to another topic, you can request a directory change and will start fresh once you have no more work orders.
5 All webistes must be written using correct English grammar. If the we find your website to be using incorrect grammar or have content that is against our criteria for an apporved site, it will be disputed and removed from your portfolio.
6 There is a minimum requirement of 20 blog posts or 20 different pages on your domain to begin to qualify for a publishing account.
7 Your domain must appear on most search engines as being currently indexed and your traffic history must at the least support 1000 unique visitors per month.
8 A PressMyAds.com administrator may withhold or cancel payment due to a user/publisher account at its sole discretion. This will not happen if you run an ethical website and maintain communication with our administrators when asked in a timely basis.
9 Your work order must be processed with 72 hours or it will be given to another publisher, it’s important to check your email account and make sure you are not blocking our emails.
10 PressMyAds.com does not allow pornographic/adult oriented sites at any time due to paypal rules regarding adult content and furthermore we deem it unethical to all standards that our advertisers may have.
11 Anchor texts with backlinks to advertiser must not contain “no follow” tags and ” no index ” tags.
12 Domain names must not infringe on any trademarks that is not owned by yourself and/or your company
13 You must keep your website up to date with relevant content that your category was submitted to.
14 Links must not be placed in a sponsored or advertisements category, all links must be listed under a relevant category or the very least placed at the footer of your site without any tricks such as invisible text links, etc.
15 Websites that contain duplicate content that does not give credit to their source will be banned. Sites that place news articles or provide news feeds and articles are accepted.
16 You must not use an excessive number of links to other sites as this may just make your website not relevant to any good user experience.
17 There must not be any pop up advertising on the posts page.
18 The anchor text must be placed as exactly as on the work order. See the instructions page for more detail on how work orders should be completed.
